The Founder and Entrepreneurs Museum is the first of its kind in Germany. It opened its doors in September 2008 and is housed in a building once used by the famous Thyssen brothers August and Joseph. The permanent exhibitions not only tell the story of these well-known pioneers of the industrialisation era, but also provide useful information for the budding entrepreneurs of today.
