The Water Station is located on the picturesque Lock Island. The boats of the White Fleet depart from here for their “must-do” trips to Essen-Kettwig. The 1920s station building resembles one of these river boats and has long been a popular Mülheim meeting point. The restaurant and beer garden offer the perfect excuse to linger for a while and enjoy the views.
